Developing methods to link spatially-distributed hydrologic models to economic models for water resouces planning. Objectives include cost-benefit analysis of projects and design of water management institutions that can maximize efficiency and achieve distributional goals. Investigating use of agent-based modeling as a tool for estimating potential of different institutional arrangements.
