Description:

A PhD course in "Model optimisation and quantification of predictive uncertainty" will be offered September 3-7, 2007. The location of the course will be the University of Aarhus (www.au.dk). Among the teachers will be John Doherty, Watermark Numerical Computing, the developer of PEST. More information about the course will be available later from this web site.
The number of students is limited to 20.
Notice that the course is taking place just prior to the ModelCARE 2007 conference (www.polytec.dk/modelcare2007), an international conference on calibration and reliability in groundwater modelling. The conference is taking place in Copenhagen September 9-13, 2007. You therefore have an obvious opportunity to participate in two great events.
