Research interests:
Major fields of interest are hydrology and the application of remote sensing in hydrological modelling.
Currently involved in projects related to i) developing instrumentation for field scale mapping of soil water content and texture using mobile instruments, ii) SVAT modelling based on mobile measurements iii) measurement of atmospheric fluxes of H2O, CO2 and other greenhouse gasses and iv) developing lysimeters etc. for improved estimation/measurements of water balance components.
Have been advising graduate students in fields of interest.
